“After a lot or research, I chose Ausave Solar to upgrade my solar and supply a battery. Mark was easy to talk to and introduced me to Sigenergy, a brand I hadn't heard of before. I had two old systems, a 1.5kW (15 years) and 5.4kW (10 years) with separate inverters that were now well out of warranty so Mark recommended replacing both with a single new system that would provide whole house backup. This turned out to be a good decision as it was discovered one of my old roof top isolaters had burned out and that string of panels wasn't working. I decided to go with 19kW of solar and a 48kWh Sigenery battery, I wanted to put the max amount of panels I could fit on my roof and the battery be able to handle the load of a hot summer. Installation took 1.5 days, Jayden and his team turned up right on time and got stuck into the work right away. It was a big job removing all the old panels and rewiring the meter box with new safety switches. Now the system is up and running the results are very impressive with battery fully charging on all except two extremely cloudy and wet days so won't get that feeling of dread when my next electricity bill arrives. All work is neat and tidy and the guys took all the old panels, rails and rubbish away with them. The new Jinko panels are a lot sleeker than the old ones too and look great on the roof and the battery tucked away in my garage looks impressive. So all up very happy with my decision and looking forward to summer.”

John from Ausave came over on an auspicious day (during a power outage) to calculate how much battery capacity I would need to entirely eliminate my power bills. Turnaround time from John's visit to battery and solar panel install was 5 weeks. Yesterday Nathaniel and his team installed a 50kW battery (it looks very slick) and they did an excellent job on the solar panels and cabling install too!
