Sigenergy, installed by our own electricians.

SigenStor puts the inverter, battery, energy management and optional EV charging in one stackable system, run from one app. We design it around your home, install it with our in-house team and support it for the long run.

Sigenergy SigenStor with an Energy Controller on three battery modules

Who is Sigenergy?

Sigenergy designs and makes energy systems for homes and businesses: solar inverters, battery storage and EV chargers, all managed from the mySigen app. Its Australian team is based in Sydney, and it makes its products in its own factories in Nantong and Shanghai, led by the 136,000 m² Nantong Smart Energy Center.

We chose Sigenergy because one integrated system means fewer boxes on the wall, one app to learn and a battery that grows with you. Our electricians know it inside out.

One stack. Five jobs.

Sigenergy calls SigenStor a 5‑in‑1 system: solar inverter, battery, battery power conversion, energy management and EV charger, in one stack of matching modules.

  1. Sigen Energy Controller

A hybrid inverter with energy management built in. It turns solar into household power and decides, moment to moment, whether energy goes to your home, the battery, your car or the grid.

Single phase 5 to 12 kW, three phase 5 to 30 kW
  2. Sigen EV DC Charging ModuleOptional

Charges your car with DC power from solar, the battery or the grid, at 12.5 kW as standard or up to 25 kW with an upgrade. The hardware is bidirectional, ready for vehicle-to-home once cars and standards allow.

12.5 kW standard, 25 kW with a paid upgrade
  3. Battery modules

Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) modules, each with its own optimiser, so a new module can join older ones when you add storage later.

1 to 6 modules of 5.2 to 9 kWh usable, up to 54 kWh

The Sigenergy range.

Ask us which parts suit your home. Every system is designed at the site visit, then installed and commissioned by our own licensed electricians.

Sigenergy SigenStack: four battery towers connected to a wall-mounted commercial inverter

Sigenergy for business.

SigenStack is Sigenergy’s modular commercial battery. 12 kWh modules stack up to seven high, from 4 to 21 modules per system, paired with Sigenergy’s commercial inverters. Larger sites can use SigenStor too, sized to daytime loads.

Sigenergy questions, answered.

Usually, yes. We check your existing inverter, switchboard and wiring first, then recommend the right setup for your home.

Sigenergy warrants the battery modules and Sigen Energy Controller for 10 years, and the Sigen EV DC Charging Module for 3 years. The system must stay connected to the internet to keep the full 10 years: if it’s offline for more than a year, Sigenergy’s cover drops to 5 years. On top of that, our lifetime workmanship warranty covers the installation.

With a Sigen Energy Gateway, yes. You can back up the whole house or chosen circuits, and the switchover is seamless provided the backed-up load is within the system’s rating. We size it with you at the site visit.

Yes. The Sigen EV DC Charging Module stacks into SigenStor for fast DC charging, or the Sigen EV AC Charger mounts on the wall. Both can charge from surplus solar.

Yes, subject to eligibility. SigenStor fits ZEROHERO’s system requirements (an inverter between 3 and 30 kW and a battery between 3 and 100 kWh), and Sigenergy is on the list for the ZEROLIMITS add-on. We apply the federal battery discount on your quote and, if you choose ZEROHERO, the NSW VPP incentive too. The NSW incentive is calculated on usable capacity up to 28 kWh. See rebates for homes and VPPs and GloBird’s ZEROHERO for the full conditions.
